Educational Qualification:

The detailed educational qualifications for each post/discipline are provided in the IOCL Non-Executive detailed advertisement, and candidates must carefully check the refinery-wise requirements. 

For Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Production / P&U / P&U-O&M / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation): Candidates are generally required to possess a 3-year Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institute with minimum prescribed aggregate marks, along with any experience requirements as notified for specific posts.

For Junior Quality Control Analyst-IV: Candidates must have a qualifying degree such as B.Sc./M.Sc. or equivalent in Chemistry or related discipline with minimum specified percentage and relevant experience, as per the detailed notification.

For Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Fire & Safety): Candidates typically require a combination of 10+2 or Diploma plus a Fire & Safety-specific qualification and physical standards/experience as mentioned in the advertisement.

Candidates applying for the IOCL Non-Executive Recruitment 2025 are expected to fall within an age bracket similar to previous non-executive drives, generally between 18 to 26 years for General category, with relaxations for reserved categories as per Government norms.
