Eligibility Criteria for Samagra Shiksha KGBV Recruitment 2026

Computer Instructors:

  • Intermediate pass (or) Equivalent along with PGDCM (or) its Equivalent
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Discipline like B.Com Computers, B.Sc Computers or Equivalent

Vocational Instructors:

  • 10th class pass or its equivalent
  • Diploma/Certificate in music or dance, OR certificate in a trade such as sewing, Tailoring, Weaving, etc., issued by any ITI or DLTC
  • Technical Teacher Certificate of Government of Andhra Pradesh

Accountant:

  • Must  B.Com/B.Com (Computer) Degree from any recognized university affiliated to UGC

Warden:

  • Must possess any Bachelor’s Degree from UGC recognized University with at least 50% marks (OC), 45% (BC), 40% (SC/ST/Differently abled)
  • AND B.Ed./M.A Education from NCTE/UGC recognized Universities with at least 50% marks (OC), 45% (BC), 40% (SC/ST/Differently abled)

Part-time Teacher:

  • Must possess Bachelor’s Degree with B.Sc. Maths from UGC recognized University with at least 50% marks (OC), 45% (BC), 40% (SC/ST/Differently abled)
  • AND B.Ed./M.A Education from NCTE/UGC recognized Universities with at least 50% marks (OC), 45% (BC), 40% (SC/ST/Differently abled)

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025)

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 45 years (General Category)

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST/BC/EWS Candidates: Maximum 50 years
  • Differently Abled Candidates: Maximum 52 years
  • Ex-service Women: Maximum 45 years
